Klue Security Incident Update

In June 2026, Klue notified Blackbaud about a security incident. As of July 22, 2026, our investigation remains ongoing, and we do not have substantive updates. There is no known impact to Blackbaud products. This incident did not impact Blackbaud business operations or our ability to serve customers.
